Cappie is a really large, super gorgeous mare that is actually well known in the buckskin walking horse group. She was raised by Elsie Darrah and she represents all that is the best of Elsie’s program. She has produced some great colts. This past year filly is a super golden, very dark palomino filly that is going to be a large mare. We had actually traded Cappie for a Tennessee Goldust mare in Colorado. At the first opportunity, we got Cappie back. She is here to stay. Janet, our farm forewoman, really admires and favors Cappie. She is a big, buckskin mare that is a super mare. She is easy to get around, handle her babies, catch in the pasture, broke to ride, and has a terrific conformation and temperament. She is an A+++ mare.
